Birthday Party!!

Dawsen's first birthday party was today. She loved it. Her first part of the party was spent playing with ice in the drink bin and eating Cheetos.

Mom and Dawsen. They are both so cute!

Me and Dawsen. She loves to eat!

Lacey, Dawsen, and Anjul relaxing on the swing

Again, she loves to eat. She would do anything to get that cookie. Her face was priceless once he put it in his mouth.

Me and my grandma. I love her so much!
We had a fun day celebrating with the family, playing with the kids, and watching Dawsen eat her cake-she's so finicky. Here's a replay for everyone out there.

We've been blessed to have you this year!

Today was Dawsen's 1st birtday. This past year watching Dawsen grow up, form a personality and attitude, learn to crawl, walk, and toddle-talk has been such a blessing. God always has a plan, and even though it may not line up with anyone else's, it will always work out amazingly. I am so THANKFUL that God is in control.

Dawsen's beautiful first day. We heard her first cry. It was wonderful!

She had such a hard first few weeks. We knew God was in control, but it was so hard to see her this way. She was so gorgeous though. She REALLY looked like Bama during this stage.

Her Baby Blessing. I think it was December 1, 2007, at an AOG church in Roosevelt.

Dawsen's first Christmas pictures. Grandma was able to make her smile!

About the time Dawsen first started to crawl.

Dawsen's first 4th of July!

Dawsen's First Birthday. She's been walking for a few weeks, had her ears pierced for about a week. Now 1 years old!

We love you so much little Dawsen...

Our sad little office

Some of you may know that my company moved from our wonderful building in the Riverwoods (next to Borders..a moment of silence) to a warehouse in Spanish Fork. To get a taste of what we have to deal with I thought I would share these pictures with you. It's become slightly humorous to us all, so feel free to laugh.

Here is Ashley in our little corner. We are table buddies.

Here is Nick in his corner...he's lucky and got the window.

What are men compared to rocks and mountains-part II

So if you read my previous blog with this same title-this is not the same type of blog. The quote just fit perfect. Last weekend Tyler and I went camping with some friends from work. We had a great time. It was ALOT of work, but well worth it. The Unitas are so beautiful! I hadn't been camping in about 7 years, and Tyler didn't remember the last time he went camping, so we were excited. We borrowed ALL of my mothers camping gear and set off.

Here's Tyler on his 'squatting' log, or so he called it. We had a REALLY smoky campfire if you can't tell

Here's Nate and Nick sitting around the campfire as the women made breakfast.

Tyler eating by the campfire.

Next we packed up and headed up to Mirror Lake. It was gorgeous, we walked around the lake, took pics, and had a grand Ole' time.

The sky was GORGEOUS

We stopped for a break and Pup went swimming. She was LOVIN it!

Here's Nubi. We love this little dog!

I have never seen this type of water-grass type stuff. It was really pretty

Here's part of the gang eating lunch. Holly is hiding. Of course you forget everything when you go packing. We ended up with bread and meat for lunch. Thankfully Holly brought some extra food!

Bama's 21st Birthday

Last Saturday we held a surprise birthday party for my little sis-Bama. Well it was supposed to be a surprise, however my cousin Alex-had to call her and ask where the party was, lol. Oh well, she kinda knew anyway and it was a blast. I love gathering the family and old friends together. It feels like the good old times.

Left: My cousin Chance and Bama, Right: Bama blowing out her birthday candles-isn't it cute!

Lacey with little Emarie, this baby girl is an Angel!

Little Dawsen is getting bigger. Isn't she gorgeous!

I love the end of our parties, the fam sitting around catching up. It's priceless.

Anjul, my sisters boyfriends little boy enjoying his cake. He's such a cutie!

More of the fam, my little Grandma is there on the right-I love her.

Deer Valley Symphony

Every year Tyler and I go to the Utah Valley Symphony at the Deer Valley Music Festival. Its an outdoor theatre. We have a catered dinner and special seating. Its such a fun time.

This year Gladys Knight performed. It was pretty fun. I enjoyed a lot of the old songs.

Youth Group Camp In

Last weekend we had a Camp In for the youth group. This is my kind of camping. We had a blast and we all got to know each other more!

Wasn't this a beautiful view. This was just off their porch!

Camri and Mandi -two girls I'm new friends with. They are awesome!

Of course we had to play Chubby Bunny. Make note, this was the largest boy in the group and the smallest girl. The girl won!

Me and some of the girls in the youth group. We are blessed with amazing young people.

More Wendover Pictures

So I found a few more Wendover pictures from Nick and Natalie. I liked them, so I thought I would share.

Grandpa, we'll miss you!

Tyler's grandpa died last Saturday from a stroke. He was such an amazing man! We'll miss him so much. He always made us feel loved. I'll miss his hugs as soon as he opened the door.
Since my Grandpa died in 07, it was so nice to have another grandpa around and I'll miss him incredibly.

Here's to you Grandpa-We love you!

Gillman Family Photos (Tyler and I weren't married or even engaged yet. His family was just so loving they included me)

His funeral was beautiful. He served in the army when he was young. He loved his country and this tribute made us so proud of him.
