Cousin MaLiegha

My cousin Chance's little girl MaLiegha just turned 2! We celebrated her birthday with them at Discover Park. I love enjoying cupcakes, family, and watching frosting fights.

He shoots, he scores!

Dakota has joined the Special Olympics basketball team at BYU. He had a game-some sort of playoffs that we attended. His team won one of the games! It was so great. He has such a great time! If you've known us for a while, you would know that I would have never thought there would be a day where I would watch Dakota play sports (other than t-ball :). I'm so proud of him. He is such a team player and cares about his team.

Time with Mom

My Mom hardly lets me take photos of her. I was so excited that this time-I succeeded. After I returned from Norway, I took a day off and spent a little time with Mom. She needed to pick out new carpet for her basement and wanted my advice (little did she know, Tyler is actually the one with the interior design skills). I went to help out anyway. I love working on home improvement stuff. Even the carpet store makes me happy.



After picking out a few different carpets in different price ranges, all she has left is to wait for the insurance to let her know which one they'll get her. We decided to go grab lunch at one of my favorite spots-Zupas. I had a great time spending some one-on-one time, something we probably haven't done since high school.
