Dawsen's 5th Birthday Party

Our baby girl niece turned 5 this year. I can't believe it's been 5 years since she graced us with her presence. She's full of spirit and personality. She's SOOO much like her mother and such a cute tom-boy as well.

We had a fun time at Discovery Park celebrating!

My Favorite Photo!

Horrible photo, but that face is priceless!

Anjul enjoying the park!

See how obsessed I am with him?

Labor Day

Holidays are also much more fun with Elijah. Even labor day. We spent the evening at Jason's and Amber's home. Tons of fun was to be had. Elijah's finally starting to get big enough to play with other kids.

Elijah's 11 Months!!

I recently had a panic attack in Target. While looking for some socks and clothes for Elijah, I couldn't help but notice that every super cute item was too small. Oddly enough there was nothing in his size in the baby section. All the 12/18 month clothes were in the toddler section. My heart was racing as I passed by the tiny socks in search for bigger kid sizes. "Hold it together" I thought.

My little boy will only be a baby for one more month.  He's grown so much! He's been walking since about 10 months and now he's cruising, climbing, diving, and everything in between.

He's finally starting to cuddle again. I guess life has slowed down a little for him now he can take a few seconds (literally) to cuddle. Below is Boo, Elijah's Bear or Baby. He loves 'B' words, and his lovey is everything to him. I may have said this before, but don't smell or touch the bear. As you can see he's sucked on ALL the time. He'll leave slime on you and make you smell weird.

Elijah has also taken 'vroom' to a whole new level. We believe he learned the sound from Tyler's car (which Elijah loves by the way). He'll push anything around and say 'vroom'. Luckily Uncle Dakota loaned him a lot of Chevron cars to play with. It's pretty much his favorite thing to do...ALL DAY LONG!

He's eats all big boy food now, and most of the time all by himself. As you can tell, it's more fun for him, and more clean up for us.

My cute boy ready for bed. Below is 'Bee'. His backup bear. I think the key to a good lovey for Elijah is something to suck on. For Bee, it's his antennas. For his Christmas monkey, it's his hat. For his Puppy, it's his nose.

Watching Dad work in the yard.

Using Dad as a stool. Now he can finally crawl on the table.

Being parents is so much fun. Now we have a reason to hang out around the mall and play in playgrounds. I love how much Tyler loves it.

Tyler is his body guard.

A little cuddle for Dad.

Elijah's First (of many) California Trip

Our perfect family of 3 took our first vacation together. This could be a 5 mile long post, but instead I'll spare you and just keep it to a mile or so. Enjoy!

Elijah did great on the plane! He actually slept in my arms. I think we'll have to fly more often.

This will be out of order and unorganized. At least you'll get to see a million photos right?

Elijah drinking from his first coconut!

View of Laguna Beach

He loved the swings. Of course Boo had to come too.

His first time seeing the ocean!

Couldn't stop that boy from eating the sand!

He kept sucking the salt water off his arm!
