Puppy Cat

I woke up this morning to see our little kitty PuppyCat laying on Tylers chest with his head tucked in Tys neck. He loves Tyler so much-it's cute. Every morning he hops in the bathtub and waits for us to turn the water on to a drip so that he can drink it. Odd but a tradition.

We've been watching him play outside lately. He's so funny. He loves sitting in the gutter or behind our bush and waiting for people to pass-then he pounces. After he lets them pet him, he rolls around on his back and then does it all over again. He's not afraid of anyone. Our neighbors even told us they saw him going after some dogs last weekend. I do wish he was more afraid of cars though. We walks slowly across the street like its no big deal. He also knows when we are about to leave-he gets right behind our car and rolls around until we scare him off-little stinker.

Dawsen is getting bigger. Her personality is blossoming. Shes so fun to play with. She loves bouncing and jumping. Her favorite is right on your belly. She also really likes bouncing on the knee. Uncle Tyler interests her. He scares her sometimes with his changes in voices, but most the time she just looks at him with a little concern.

I love being an aunt. Its so fun. I get to hold the baby for as long as I want and then hand her back. I did get peed on the other night due to my sisters lack of patience while putting the diaper on. I guess it has its downsides too, hehe.

So heres a story from my co-worker. It was pretty funny so I decided it had to be on the internet. Our friend Nick, had a business meeting. His mother had to drop him off because he had knee surgery and can't drive. Well as he is in the meeting, over the intercom the receptionist asks if a Nick Crow is in attendence. She continues to explain that his mother is there and wants to know if he needs his bag that he left in the car. Well needless to say this 30 year old man was a little embarrased while the other co-workers teased him. Next time he wont forget his lunch. Good Job Nellie.

Today was my 5 year anniversary at my company. In addition I got to celebrate with my good friend Joe. It was his 5 year anniversary as well with his graduation and goodbye-moving to washinton leaving us behind party. Needless to say we had a PARTY!

We got to celebrate with bagels, orange juice, and Shirleys Orange Cream Cheese Rolls. Along with that we got a plauqe and a bonus-mine was $85, Joes was $92-an extra little kick off for the road. :) An episode of THE OFFICE-since it all seemed vaguely familiar- tied it all up.

Quick catch up

For those of you that may not know Tyler and my family real well, here is a quick catch up.


This is Tylers family. His sister Corinne, Dad-Mark, Mom-Sandy, Me and Ty.


Here is my family. Bret (my sisters boyfried and the father of her child), my little bro Dakota, and Tyler. Around from the right is me, my mother Dora, and my little sis Bama. Now most importantly is the little girl growing inside her at the time-Dawsen. Little Anjul, Bret son was off playing with Riley-my cousins daughter, another of our favorite little girls.

New blog...first post

So this blog is new...well semi new. I have had it for at least a month and have not worked on it one bit. Today I have taken the time to make it look so cute!. Kudos to http://sjhblogdesign.blogspot.com/ for her wonderful tips. So although there isn't a lot of content or cute pics I think the layout counts for credit.

Also I have tried my hand out at digital scrapbooking-see the T&L-took a while, but well worth it. I may continue in that direction. I hate the idea of traditional scrapbooking, its messy and takes forever. So we'll see.

Well stay posted for updates on the Life of Tyler and Lacey Olsen-oh and don't worry, we won't forget Puppy Cat!
